Specialized for quantum electronics applications
QCage is a sample holder system for microwave resonator-based quantum devices such as superconducting quantum processors. The first released product QCage.24 features the chip suspended in an all-surrounding cavity with 24 coplanar transmission lines ending in bond pads to transmit control and read-out signals up to 18 GHz. By careful design and microwave simulation, we have ensured high-fidelity qubit operation by minimizing losses and decoherence. Our benchmarking data confirms both low-loss transmission and all resonances occurring above 18 GHz.
The QDAC series from QDevil are high-precision low-noise computer-controlled voltage generators designed for DC and intermediate-frequency control quantum electronics and quantum computer qubits. In addition to the precise and stable voltage output, the QDACs can measure output currents, for example, to detect leaking gates or shorted bonding wires. The original QDAC originates from the laboratories of the Center for Quantum Devices at the University of Copenhagen and is used in quantum labs worldwide. The new QDAC-II is a x1000 faster and more versatile version with much faster and precise current sensing where it is used for quantum computing research. The QDACs have 24 channels and thus offer a cost-effective way of getting many high-quality D/A converter channels.
The QBoard system is a well-tested sample holder for quantum electronics. It features a motherboard and a low-cost replaceable daughter-board, connected with contact spring interposers. The QBoard provides DC, as well as RF lines with bias tees, to the sample.
QFilter rejects high frequency noise and thermalizes electrons to the cryostat, ensuring millikelvin electron temperature in quantum electronics,
The QBox breakout box extends the Faraday cage of the fridge, with twisted pair cables terminated with BNC connectors. Switches enable connecting a channel directly to ground, or a common bus.

QDevil, now part of Quantum Machines, has the aim of accelerating the science in quantum electronics labs, by letting scientists focus their effort on the science, instead of constructing auxiliary equipment that already has been developed in other labs.
We are experienced with cryogenic electronics science, and we will do our best to help you with picking the right components and instruments for your lab.
This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreements No. 868058 and 946372.
